Full Journal pdf2003-05-02 Senate Journal Page 1108 SCR 9 Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 52, relating to the forfeiture of certain property used in certain crimes, be taken up as a Special Order of Business. Without objection, it was so ordered. SCR 9 SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (p. 782), was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 52, relating to the forfeiture of certain property used in certain crimes pass the Senate?"
